The fastest way

Reply STOP to any text message from FreshRateHub. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.

Enter the mobile number you signed up with. This removes it from the FreshRateHub text message program.

US mobile numbers only. We use this only to find and remove your opt-in record.

Other requests

  • Delete my report. Email us the link to your report and we will delete it along with anything attached to it.
  • Everything else. Email support@freshratehub.com. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
Opting out of texts does not delete your report, and deleting your report does not by itself stop texts. Use both if you want both.
